<p>The muscles on your face are now used to being flipped like an electric switch, coming on with a smile that you wear as a facade when you need to say the 'Hi's' and the 'Hello's'. Then as easily as they switched on, they flip back to the signature 'scared' plus 'sad' plus 'guilt' or even 'shame.'</p>

<p>Isaiah 53:2&3 (NIV) says, "…He didn’t have any beauty or majesty that made us notice him.<br>There wasn’t anything special about the way he looked that drew us to him. Men looked down on him. They didn’t accept him.<br>He knew all about sorrow and suffering. He was like someone people turned their faces away from. We looked down on him. We didn’t have any respect for him."<br>Jesus already took the shame and lowliness on your behalf. Hence, you don't have to bury your face in shame or slouch around feeling unworthy and unloved. Embrace the new identity that Christ has given you.<br>You are beautiful! You are worth it! Your body is okay! You are enough!</p>
