Day 12: Peace with God
“and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in hea...

“All these things are for your benefit. As grace increases to benefit more and more people, it will cause gratitude to increase, which results in God’s glory.”

â€â€2 Corinthians‬ â€4:15‬ â€CEB‬‬

Â

The purpose of God’s grace is to benefit more people. Everything you have been graced to do should add value to mankind. When lives are touched by the grace of God in your life, it increases the gratitude that flows from people that have been blessed by your life unto God. Such an attitude of gratitude glorifies God.

Â

Since our very life belongs to God and everything we are or will ever be is by God’s grace, we must ensure that we don’t take credit for the impact our lives have made in other people’s lives. We are stewards of the blessings of God. We must remember to give God the glory He deserves in ALL things.

Â

Don’t take credit for the impact our lives have made in other people’s lives. We are stewards of the blessings of God.

Â

So are you an orator who inspires millions? Glorify God for His gifts in your life. Are you an athlete whose tenacity encourages people? Glorify God for your abilities... and the list goes on and on... our ability to do the things we have been graced to do is a testament of the faithfulness of the One who placed the gift in us in the first place.

Â

Our ability to do the things we have been graced to do is a testament of the faithfulness of the One who placed the gift in us in the first place.

Â

So I ask you a question. What has God graced you with? What gifts do you have? In what ways will this world benefit because you showed up? How would the Body of Christ benefit from God’s manifold blessings upon your life?

Â

Here is a truth worth pondering: You came to earth loaded. Psalm 8:5 says “You made us a little lower than you yourself, and you have crowned us with glory and honor. Did you get that? You are crowned with God’s glory and honour.

Â

A more amazing truth truth is this; In Christ Jesus, you are indwelled by God’s glory. Col 1:27 says “For God wanted them to know that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing his glory.” Colossians‬ â€1:27‬ â€NLT‬‬

Â

This Glory is a function of God’s grace. As you are grateful for this truth and reality, you will begin to function from Grace and use your gifts to bless the world. As you do this, more people will glorify God for your life.

Â

In summary, Grace leads to Gratitude and Gratitude leads to Glory..
