Day 30: in Christ, the guilt and the power of sin has been cut away in your life.

<p>Guilt is a debilitating emotion which seeks to tie us to the emotions of our past behaviour - be it the regret felt for what was done or left undone or for missed opportunities or for wrong doing. Guilt wrecks self esteem. The feelings of guilt is like trying to swim upstream with a millstone around your neck. It is crippling. Guilt, like that millstone, weighs you down and suffocates you from living in freedom that is yours in Christ Jesus (Gal 5:1).</p>

<p>Sin, is from the Greek word “hamartia” and by definition, it means “to miss the mark”. Whenever your mind seeks to remind you that you have missed the mark in life, remind yourself of the beautiful truth in this verse that Christ has forever dealt with the guilt and power of sin in your life.</p>

<p>Beloved, take a stand today to walk in freedom. If you have wronged someone, genuinely seek reconciliation and closure so that Satan don’t take advantage of you (2 Cor 2:10-11).</p>

<p>An awareness of your oneness with Jesus never allows you to wallow in the cesspool of guilt. Guilt is not from&nbsp;God.&nbsp;Period.</p>
