“For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.”
â€â€Colossians‬ â€2‬:â€9‬-â€10‬ â€NLT‬‬

To be complete is to be wholesome or to have no sense of lack - whether spiritually, materially or physically. The text says that “in Christ” lives ALL the fullness of God and that you are COMPLETE “in Christ. This means that ALL the fullness of God lives in you too since you are “in Christ”.

Any sense of lack you have is only in your mind. In the mind of God, lack does not exist. He sees you complete in Jesus - lacking nothing! Here is a thought to consider: Do you think Jesus was indigent, impoverished, needy, wanting in material goods, destitute, feeble, dejected, worthy of pity or sympathy, inferior, pitiful, second-class, second-rate, lacking, or insufficient? The answer is an emphatic “no”.

Since, as Jesus is, so are you in this world (1 John 4:17), then it means what is true of Jesus is true of you. Therefore, you are not inferior, pitiful, second-class, lacking etc. You should never believe any thought, emotions, projections, labelling or stereotyping that push the idea of lack into your life!
